New Xbox Series S & X? Already?

On the surface (no MSFT pun intended) it just seems like a re release with slightly new colors and adjusted pricing. The only "new" thing I saw mentioned was 3D printable controllers with accessibility features. The adjustable controllers seems cool, but not much else.
